Join the Mayor of Eastbourne, Councillor Pat Rodohan, at this FREE Civic Carol Service, as part of Inspiring Angels Eastbourne. Enjoy this community Christmas event, in the splendid St Saviours Church, South Street, Eastbourne, with a variety of carols and readings. At the end of the service, a retiring collection will be held in aid of the Mayor's chosen charities - Eastbourne Mencap and Eastbourne Foodbank. There is also a Foodbank collection point within the church, should you wish to bring a food donation. On street parking is available within the vicinity of the church. |

Carols, Candles and Crib Service - St Wilfrid's Lower Willingdon

Our Carol service has tended to be our best attended service of the year. It combines a traditional carol service with a short 'crib service' where we like to make a fuss of the children. And, because the evening is candle lit, the folk here call it our 'Three-Cs' event: Candles, Carols and Crib. This year the theme will be the message of the Christmas angels: 'Good News to all who dwell on earth'. And we'll explore through carols, readings, and a short epilogue, why that is so. Refreshments and mulled wine are served afterwards.
